Vital Care AS (org. no. 932 101 920), Svinten 19, 3941 Porsgrunn, Norway, is the data controller for personal data collected via vcarepet.no. Contact: frode@vcarepet.no.

2. What Data We Collect

Order data: name, address, email, phone number, and purchase history – required to fulfil the purchase agreement.
Payment data: processed by our payment providers (Stripe, Klarna). We never store card details.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, and usage patterns via cookies.
Marketing data: via Meta Pixel for advertising and conversion tracking, subject to your consent.

3. Purpose and Legal Basis

Order fulfilment (contract, GDPR Art. 6.1.b): order processing, delivery, customer service.
Legal obligations (GDPR Art. 6.1.c): accounting and bookkeeping.
Marketing and analytics (consent, GDPR Art. 6.1.a): cookies for statistics and advertising.

4. Data Sharing

We share data with: Shelfless/Bring (Sweden) for warehousing and shipping, Stripe and Klarna for payment processing, Tripletex/our accountant for statutory bookkeeping, and Meta for advertising (only with consent). Data is not shared with other third parties for commercial purposes.

5. Retention

Order data is retained for 5 years under the Norwegian Bookkeeping Act. Marketing data is retained until consent is withdrawn. Account data is deleted upon request.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and to object to processing. You may withdraw consent at any time. Requests: frode@vcarepet.no. You may also lodge a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (www.datatilsynet.no).
