1. The Agreement
These terms apply to purchases of goods from Vital Care AS (org. no. 932 101 920, Svinten 19, 3941 Porsgrunn, Norway) through the online store vcarepet.no. The agreement consists of these terms, information provided during checkout, and any specifically agreed conditions.
2. The Parties
Seller: Vital Care AS, Svinten 19, 3941 Porsgrunn, Norway. Email: frode@vcarepet.no. Org. no. 932 101 920.
Buyer: the consumer placing the order.
3. Prices
Prices are displayed in Norwegian kroner (NOK) on the Norwegian site and euros (EUR) on the English site. Vital Care AS is currently not registered in the Norwegian VAT register, and no VAT is charged on purchases. The price shown at checkout is the total price payable, including any shipping costs specified before payment.
4. Formation of Contract
The agreement is binding on both parties once the buyer has submitted the order. A party is not bound if typing errors occurred in the offer or order and the other party realised or should have realised the error.
5. Payment
Payment is processed via Stripe (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay) or Klarna. The amount is charged at the time of ordering. The seller does not store card details.
6. Delivery
Goods are shipped from our warehouse in Sweden (Shelfless/Bring, Habo) and delivered by Bring to the delivery address provided. Estimated delivery time is shown at checkout. Delivery has taken place when the buyer or their representative has taken possession of the goods.
7. Right of Withdrawal
The buyer may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with the Norwegian Cancellation Act. The right of withdrawal requires that the product is unopened and in its original packaging, as the products are dietary supplements that cannot be returned after opening for hygiene reasons. The buyer must notify the seller within the deadline and return the goods within 14 days of notification. The buyer covers return shipping. 8. Complaints and Defects
If a product is defective, the buyer must notify the seller within a reasonable time after discovering the defect. The complaint period is two years from receipt of the goods under the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act. In case of defects, the buyer may demand repair, replacement, price reduction, or cancellation in accordance with the law. Complaints: frode@vcarepet.no.

Processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Dispute Resolution
Complaints should be directed to the seller within a reasonable time. The parties shall attempt to resolve disputes amicably. Buyers may contact the Norwegian Consumer Authority (www.forbrukertilsynet.no) or use the EU Commission’s online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/odr.
